All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (except weekends and holidays) and we are proud to offer 3-16 days of shipping across the US. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in the US will be shipped mostly by USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently focus our deliveries and provide free shipping across the United States. But we deliver worldwide. Contact us.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please send us the order details (including the tracking number and email used for the purchase) at mistergadgeteer@yahoo.com. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mistergadgeteer@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
